@426hemiscamp yea if you practice then its not as hard. if you get good then you can unbuckle and get out in 15 seconds.

some real nasty wrecks, some you really dont wanna be in. like that guys arm restaints beraking. or any that have fire. if your in a fire. theres a lot you have to unbuckle before you can get out of that car.

He broke more than that. It was my dads sprint car company but after that wreck he sold it. His driver broke over 100 bones in that wreck. The harness broke on him.
He did have arm restraints. His harness broke in the middle of the flips. He is ok now though.
that is my dad’s company and his driver. It was one of the worst wrecks at kokomo speedway.

midgets are smaller and have 4 cylinder engines
sprint cars have V8’s sometimes even V6’s
a sprint car has a wing on the top….usac is a sprint with out a wing and a midget is a half size usac. there r many differences size being one of the engin and tire size another
I have a hard time telling a Sprint Car from a Midget Car. Is size the only difference?
if any of you are long time racer mainly around the Indiana area but def not limited to there, you might know my grandpa Terry Pletch 29p. retired a few years back.
1:35 is Paragon Speedway. good beginner track.
gets a pretty rutty before first feature. but all in all a good track.
1:54 this is why we have arm restraints now. Very important to have!!!!
